On a clear day a great spot to hit up is the Sunday brunch at The Signature Room. The view from the 95th floor of the Hancock building is spectacular, especially if you can reserve a table by the window on the north side of the dining room. You'll get a great look at the lake, the entire beachfront, and Lincoln Park.
