This hip, beautiful restaurant filled with hip, beautiful people combines East and Southeast Asian flavors with Carribean and Latin ingredients to create the epitome of LA fusion.  It isn't uncommon to see sweet and sour plantains served alongside pan-seared ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce.  But unlike those who failed during the recent Asian fusion bubble, Asia de Cuba continues to draw patrons from all spectrums with its innovative, flavorful dishes and its beautifully designed restaurant space.  It's no wonder that this remains a favorite celebrity haunt.
