On the few special occasions that I have celebrated at Frasca, I've walked out of the restaurant raving about the best meal of my life. The staff there provides diners with not only an amazing meal, but an all around amazing experience. The menu changes daily to combine the freshest ingredients. The wine is also the best wine I've ever tasted. It can get very pricey, so it is definitely a special occasion restaurant.
