Jax is by far the best seafood in Boulder. They combine great flavors to make all their dishes interesting. The tuna chimi is amazing. They also have really good oysters and infused martinis. Unfortunately, they only take reservations before 6:00 (for happy hour), and there is usually a wait. They also play loud music and with the crowd, it gets pretty loud in there. Great food though!
