Reputation vs. Reality

It was good, but not great. Over the last decade, it seems that the pies come with less and less cheese and toppings.
I believe this place has fallen into the "sense of entitlement" trap and feels that their reputation outweighs their obligation to serving great pizza.
I personally prefer the quality and service of Amato's which is ironically down the street, with no lines! Its open Mondays! A New Haven insider secret!
My recommendation: The Amato's Special pie. It's fully loaded!
