Dream of Prime 112

I seriously dream about this place. It was fantastic. Everything! I sat by the kitchen, had terrific service, as well as food---but at the same time my boyfriend and his family had a crappy table by the bathroom, bad service and they weren't thrilled w/ their dinner--but bad service can dampen anyone's true opinion. I mean, first of they were willing to top my steak with american cheese, fried onions and mushrooms--how kewl is that! Secondly, the lobster was one of the most gargantuan lobsters that I had ever seen, and it was slice and filled with crab and buttery stuffing. It was a fortune and worth every penny. Lastly I remember this ridiculous smores desserts that may have been one of the best things ever. Classy crowd, jammed packed--but then again I went over Christmas time when half of America invades South Beach. Bottom line: deeeelish.

Arguably the best restaurant in Miami. The steak was delicious, very tender and cooked as ordered (med rare) yet crispy on the outside. The mac n cheese is their signature side dish, it has a baked layer of cheese on top and lots of truffle oil, it was good but the flavors were a bit too intense, same with the truffle fries. The service was great and the place is very nice yet chill. Great experience but it's a very expensive one.

Go for the celebs

Go for the celebs, not the food. Get a drink or something and just hang, you're bound to see someone. If you aren't gassed by famous people like me, skip this place. The food is ambitious but poorly done
