Do tapas taste better when enjoyed 27 stories high?  The Wit hotel hopes so; their aptly named rooftop bar provides gorgeous views overlooking the city than can either be enjoyed directly on the outdoor terrace or through the ceiling-high windows during the colder months.  Especially spectacular is "The Hangover," an entirely glass private dining area for eight which is literally suspended above the city.  The space offers roaring fires and specialty cocktails while the menu offers a seasonal selection of haute Italian-style small plates by Chef Todd Stein, many finished to perfection in the restuarant's wood-burning oven.
