I ordered a Veggie burger at Westville Eastlast night and the waitress asked me if I wanted bacon on it? My befuddled response was "Bacon on a Veggie burger? WTF?" I chose a topping of avocado for an extra $1.50.
The veg burger -$10. was quite good, and it came with organic mixed greens. The market veggies were scrumptious. We chose 4 for $13.00.. brussels sprouts, asparagus, beets and collard greens. The Portions are huge, I had the rest for lunch today. The Pete's Wicked Ale was rad. They also serve wine. Expect long waits.

The only negative: the lines

I love going to this place, and I make sure that I got often! The only thing that I don't like is that there has never been a time that I haven't had to wait for a table, but it's worth the wait! The place is tiny, but they seem to get people in a out pretty quickly, so the wait isn't too bad (especially if you are in a small group). Everything that I have eaten is delicious, and I would definitely agree with the others--the side dishes are to die for! It's totally worth getting three for $15 and sharing them with a table. This is also a great place for brunch. If you haven't been, go!

I like the sides! Geat deal!

This place rocks! It really rocks when you dont have to go there and you order delivery! The food is very solid and what makes this place stand out more than the average american bistro found in every corner of every street is their amazing specials for sides! You can order 3 HUGE sides for like 15 bucks! and these sides are so good that two people can totally be satisfied from just ordering 3 from their selection of over 15 unique dishes.

BEST PLACE TO FIND SEASONAL FOOD. AMAZING!

This place has got everything going for it. I went with two girlfriends, and the first thing we did when we walked in was stare at the food on every table in sight. This is the kind of food that just screams I TASTE DELICIOUS. And guess what, it all does. The best part about the place is their daily special menu. They must have had at least 16 different vegetable sides to choose from, each simple but creative, in-season and very large. They are best known for their turkey burgers, which my friend got, and I can attest that they are amazing.
So happy Westville East is only 8 blocks from my apt!!
