SeafoodDespite the fact that you're still very much on land, eating at Harbour is certainly a sea adventure—both from the menu and the yacht-inspired decor. All of Harbour's seafood is sustainable, perhaps some of your favorite dishes are no where to be seen, but their replacements are truly delecious and enviornmently aware. Chef Anthony Fusco knows how to prepare raw fish excellently; he serves ceviche, crudo or sashimi. Though the menu changes daily the nova scotia lobster, I tried, is perfectly buttery and the arctic char does not disappoint. Don't worry , if you're not in the mood for fish, chicken or steak is also available. Located at Hudson and Spring, Harbour brings a refreshing persective to West Soho.
