What a coincidence, I went there on Friday with a buddy too. Brian is right, this place is fantastic. The fish was extremely fresh and well-prepared. Great service too.

Amazing spot in the Village

Came here with a buddy friday night after always walking by with a line out the door. We saw that there was no line, and I always wanted to give it a shot. The place is small, but amazing. Service and attention here are spot on.
The sushi is amazing as well! Some of the best I have had in the city, and from awards they received some years ago, still seem to be performing at the top still. Sake selection was great, as was eevry detail.
Always packed, but try about an hour before they close (11pm), say 10pm or so, and you will have a blast.
