The portobello panini was absolutely fabulous. Complete with roasted red peppers, vegan mozzarella, and alfalfa all on a seasoned panini, I couldn't get it into my mouth fast enough. Portobello sandwiches are a hard thing to do right, they they tend to be either too chewy or too salty, but that is not at all the case at Blossom. The entire menu here is vegetarian and the vibe is really cool. For vegetarians and omnivores alike, Blossom is a sure bet.
