Appetizers like Moroccan hummus is inspired with roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, black olives and a pomegranate reduction; and Maine crab cakes are brought to life with cilantro red cabbage slaw and a chipotle tartar sauce. Entrees include innovative interpretations of classics, like magret of duck served alongside roasted garlic-rosemary potatoes, haricots verts and splashed with a raspberry balsamic sauce; and Cremini Mushroom Risotto enhanced with butternut squash, black truffle oil and shaved Parmesan.
