I never had a Philly Cheeseteak in Philly, only the imitators, like Southstreet Steaks by UMD at College Park, which I love. This place is off the hook 'cause you can make your own sandwich, with all your fave ingredients, which they shun in Philly. The steak is juicy (Texas knows their beef), the bread and all the other ingredients are fresh, the place is off the hook.
