AmericanFor over a quarter of a century now, Cafe Annie has been the undisputed leader in Houston fine dining. Nestled in a corner slot of a shopping strip near the Galleria, Cafe Annie's modest outward appearance conceals the lavishly elegant and refined space that awaits diners within. Warm hues, leather banquettes, dark wood paneling, and bold flower arrangements work together to create a modern setting with an atmosphere that exudes old-world sophistication and class. Chef and owner Robert Del Grande along with Executive Chef Ben Berryhill have garnered a wealth of praise and accolades for their innovative menu featuring expertly-presented, upscale Southwestern fare. For a special occasion or a meal to impress, Cafe Annie provides the perfect excuse to get dressed up and treat yourself to a truly exceptional gourmet dining experience. MC

Fine dining at its finest
Reviewed on Monday, 23 July 2007
I've only had the occasion to eat here once, but this is one of my mom's favorite restaurants in Houston. It is definitely a special occasion spot, not the kind of place you go to regularly, but when you do go, what a treat! The room is beautiful and elegant, when we went we sat in a banquette and the atmosphere was quite cozy and comfortable for a fine dining establishment. As I'd heard it would be, the service and the food were out of this world. Their menu is quite extensive and it was hard for me to pick out what I wanted but I was not disappointed with my selection! The wine list is also really great! Wish I could afford to eat here every night!
