American New,Latin AmericanJose Andres' 6-seat bar-style restaurant is a dining experience unlike any other. The menu consists of about 30 different 1-3 bite courses that range in both texture and flavor. It's a shame not to interact with the chefs as they serve you—they can detail all about the somewhat mysterious yet delicious food you are eating. The price may be steep but the experience will not be forgotten.
Make reservations one month in advance, and call early!

My favorite next to Inn at Little Washington. Not every dish/bite was perfect, but most were near perfect. The wine pairings also helped the experience. I'm also a big fan of gimmicks, and the gadgetry going on behind the bar worked for me.

This place is amazing. It is a 6-seat restaurant housed inside of Cafe Atlantico (another excellent) restaurant. Watch chefs prepare and plate your meal right in front of you while you experience completely new taste and flavor sensations. For adventurous eaters only, but an experience not to be missed.
