For example, you may be required to register with EATS if you want to set up a "My EATS" account, where you can save your favorite restaurant menus, receive discount offerings or other information from EATS, or save your consumer reviews. You may also be required to register with EATS if you want to order food from restaurants via the site. You may also be required to register to receive newsletters with local restaurant information from EATS. EATS' use of any personal information that you provide to EATS.com during any registration process is governed by EATS's PRIVACY POLICY

My EATS Account

If you register for a "My EATS" account, you will be allowed to save and personalize EATS content, receive and view offers from businesses listed on the EATS system, and post ratings and reviews about EATS businesses and other user reviews. By having a "My EATS" account with EATS, you agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name, password, and all related activity that occurs under your account user name. If you violate these Terms, EATS may, at its sole discretion, terminate your accounts, remove or modify any account-related content or access (including, but not limited to, reviews, newsletters, and user profile information), or take any other action that EATS believes is appropriate.
